Ordering and confirmation

Check the item, variant, quantity, delivery address and total before ordering. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The automatic acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. The contract is concluded when we confirm processing, or at the latest when we dispatch the goods.

If we cannot accept an order, for example because the item is unavailable or payment has not been completed, we will tell you and refund any amount already received. If there is an obvious price error, we will contact you; we will not increase the price after the purchase without your agreement. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Prices and payment

Prices for delivery to Poland are shown in Polish złoty (PLN). Before you complete your order, checkout shows the total including applicable taxes and delivery costs, together with the payment methods available for that order. A chosen payment provider's terms apply to that method without limiting your statutory rights against us.

Delivery

The estimated delivery time is shown with the item and during checkout. Available delivery options and charges depend on your order and address. Our shipping policy also explains what to do if a delivery is delayed, damaged or missing.

Withdrawal and returns

Online purchases generally have a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt. We also offer an additional return period up to 30 days. Time limits, exceptions, return costs, refunds and a model withdrawal form are explained in our refund policy. The additional offer does not restrict statutory rights.

Faulty goods and complaints

You are entitled to goods that conform to the contract. If an item does not conform, Polish mandatory consumer rules apply. These provide remedies including repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

Contact info@bluemall.ch with a description of the problem and your order number, if available. Photos may help, but your statutory rights do not depend on providing them. We are responsible for handling your complaint as the seller. A manufacturer's guarantee, if provided, is additional to your statutory rights and does not limit them.

Product information and use

We use product information supplied by our suppliers. This does not release us from our obligation to supply goods as agreed. Follow the product's operating and safety instructions. Your statutory rights and our legal liability remain unaffected.

Disputes and applicable law

Contact info@bluemall.ch if you have a complaint and we will try to resolve it with you. For help with a cross-border purchase within the EU, you can also contact the European Consumer Centre Poland.

Swedish law applies to the contract. This does not deprive you of the protection given by mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence. As a consumer living in Poland, you can also bring a dispute before the competent court in Poland.

Personal information

Our privacy policy explains how we process personal information.
