Returns and refunds

Would you like to return an item? This policy applies to orders from Bluemall.pl for delivery to Poland. The right to withdraw from an online purchase is separate from your rights when an item is faulty.

Your statutory withdrawal period

You can withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods. If one order is delivered in separate items, lots or parts, the period runs from receipt of the last item, lot or part. You may also withdraw before delivery.

How to notify us

1. Email info@bluemall.ch or use our contact form. Clearly state that you wish to withdraw, and include your name, order number if available, and the items concerned. No reason is required.
2. You may use the model form below, but another clear statement is also valid. Written notices can be sent to JTI Ventures AB, Andesitgatan 6, 254 68 Helsingborg, Sweden.
3. Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Email us for the correct parcel return address and shipping instructions. Statutory withdrawal does not require our prior permission, so send your notice on time even if you are waiting for a reply.

Keep proof of postage. We have no shop or customer drop-off point for returns. The registered address above is for correspondence; ask for parcel instructions before sending goods.

Return costs

Returns are not automatically free. For statutory withdrawal, you bear direct return costs only if you were informed of this before buying; otherwise we bear those costs. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, the return cost must also be disclosed before purchase. Necessary costs for returning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are our responsibility.

Inspecting your purchase

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and operation may lead to a lawful deduction for diminished value, but does not automatically remove the right to withdraw. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of statutory withdrawal.

Your refund

For statutory withdrawal, we refund within 14 days of your notice using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise without extra cost. We may wait until the goods or evidence of their return reach us, whichever comes first. For withdrawal from the whole order, the refund includes standard delivery charges; any extra amount for a more expensive delivery option is excluded.

Our additional return offer up to 30 days

In addition to your statutory withdrawal rights, you can notify us of a return up to 30 days after receipt. For this additional offer, the item must be in its original condition, complete with all parts, accessories, manuals and original packaging. You may examine it as you would in a shop, but further use, wear, washing, assembly or installation is not covered. The additional offer does not cover incomplete returns or goods damaged after delivery or during the return because they were inadequately packed.

Wait for our parcel instructions and confirmation of any return costs before sending a return under this additional offer. Pack it securely in an outer box to protect the original packaging. Once the item has been received and checked, we refund the price paid for it using the original payment method.

These additional conditions never limit your statutory withdrawal period, any statutory extension, or your rights concerning faulty goods.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal has exceptions, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised goods, rapidly perishable goods, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. We must inform you before purchase about an applicable exception. These goods are also excluded from our additional 30-day offer.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Email info@bluemall.ch with a description of the problem and your order number, if available. The 30-day return period does not limit your statutory rights when goods do not conform to the contract. More information is in our terms of sale.

Complete this only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Copy it into an email or send it by post. You may also use your own clear statement.
