ROPE - HANDLE FOR LIFTING
SPECIFICATION
Hook grip allows you to perform many basic exercises, including shoulders, chest, back, triceps and abdomen. We can attach it to both the upper and lower lift.
Rope the handle is made of densely woven, strong nylon fibers ; the stops at the ends are made of rubber ensuring a strong and safe training, in addition, the rotating handle is made of metal, which means that when we use higher loads, there is no risk that the device may be damaged and endanger safety; the tip also protects against abrasion of the cord.
The rope for the pulley can significantly affect the effectiveness of the exercises.
- DURABLE - a rope made of densely woven strong nylon fibers, thanks to which its maximum load is up to 200 kg.
- NON-SLIP HANDLES - at the ends of the rope there are rubber, non-slip stops, which ensure a firm and safe grip during exercises, and prevent the rope from slipping out of the hand.
- BASIS OF TRAINING - the handle for the lift allows you to perform many basic exercises, including shoulders, chest, back, triceps and abdomen.
- UNIVERSAL - a metal tip with a diameter of 1.5 cm allows you to attach a string to each lift, both upper and lower.
