The glass can withstand temperature changes of up to 220°C without breaking! The lunch box can withstand extreme temperatures from -40°C to 300°C. However, the lid cannot withstand use in a regular oven, so make sure to remove this in time. Both the lunchbox and the lid are dishwasher safe.
